Competitors Analysis from a Financial Perspective

A large UK-based Charity with commercial subsidiaries requested a bespoke and sustainable spreadsheet model to assess the level of competition in its industries.

Starting along the lines of the detailed project brief, the model was developed completely from scratch, with regular meetings with the model sponsor.

What was so special about this project was to give the client a clear view of the dynamics of the competition, with an additional focus on how competitors engage and report on their ESG initiatives.
